Will is a Founder of and Managing Attorney for the Firm. Will is a passionate advocate for his clients across a wide range of practice areas including complex commercial litigation, construction law and construction litigation, general business and corporate law and governance, real estate law, franchise law, contract formation and disputes, and general civil litigation.

Prior to forming the Firm, Will enjoyed a successful career at a large regional law firm where he represented both nationally branded corporate business interests and highly sensitive personal matters for his valued clients. 

Will earned his Juris Doctorate from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University where he graduated magna cum laude and served on Law Review and the Mock Trial team and as an “Academic Success” mentor. Will earned Dean’s List honors in all semesters and received numerous “CALI” Awards for receiving the highest grades in various coursework. Will also served as the chapter President of the International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi and was inducted into the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. Upon graduation, Will was inducted into Mercer Law’s Brainerd Currie Honor Society, which is limited to the students in the top 10% of the graduating class, upon faculty approval, and who have made substantial contributions to both the law school and legal community.

When not at the office, Will enjoys spending time around Bay County with his wife, who is fluent in four languages, and their three energetic, beautiful children.
